This course is only offered as an open enrollment.

• 3-day interactive training
• Equips NIH supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to grow their performance as leaders and effectively manage and support their staff's performance and development.
• Participants will build a network of colleagues while they accrue resources and tools needed to become skilled leaders.

Audience:
This class is recommended for new NIH supervisors but is open to all NIH supervisors.

Class Registration Process

When you register for a class, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. A message "No Seats Available" will appear. Select YES, Continue Registration. Once the course is approved by your manager and final approver, you will successfully be registered if a seat is available.
